Commercial caramel cooker – mixers are intended for coating  popped corn with caramel slurry, optionally adding various flavors .  It is also possible to cheese coat popcorn in the same kettle.  

Caramelizer RoboSugar Twin 20

RoboSugar Twin 20 makes 20 gallons of caramel corn per batch with automatic dump and cooling of the finished product. It can coat popcorn with caramel and  cheese. 

The machine consists of two key parts : cooking kettle -coater  and  moving mesh conveyer   where caramel corn is cooled, loosing  its residual moisture.

The process of caramel and cheese coating  takes place traditionally in the kettle.  Downloading of popped corn into the kettle, its coating and dumping onto the conveyer is automatic. Operator’s responsibility consists in putting in the necessary slurry components  and launching the process. The batch is ready in 15 minutes.

Caramelizer RoboSugar Auto 10 is made for coating popcorn with caramel, using various flavors. The machine consists of two key parts: the kettle where the caramel syrup is cooked and mixed with the corn and the conveyer cooling mesh, where caramel corn is cooled and separated. This is an automatic caramelizer. An operator is just responsible for loading all necessary components and launching the process. It’s all in 15 minutes the batch of caramel popcorn is ready.

Perforated cooling pan for SugarLips

Stainless steel cooling table for caramel popcorn. The table  is half perforated. Popcorn is stirred manually. Before being dumped, popcorn is moved through the perforated side of the table with 10 mm holes in it to get rid of popcorn fragments. Below the top is a shelf for collecting fragments.
